Do you clean during or after patient hours?
We schedule cleaning around your practice — usually after your last appointment or before opening. We confirm the schedule in your proposal.
Do you handle medical waste?
No. Regulated medical waste and sharps must be handled by your licensed medical waste provider. We take care of regular trash, recycling and general cleaning.
Can you follow our infection-control checklist?
Yes. Share your checklist during the walkthrough and we will build it into your cleaning scope.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. MB General is fully insured and bonded, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
