Do you work directly with general contractors?
Yes. We work with general contractors, builders, property managers and business owners, and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.
When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
Usually after the trades finish and before the final walkthrough or move-in. We can also schedule a rough clean during the project.
Do you remove large debris or dumpsters?
We remove leftover debris and materials from the work area. Large debris hauling and dumpsters are usually arranged by the contractor.
Can you take over regular cleaning after move-in?
Yes. Many clients continue with recurring janitorial service once the space is occupied.
